Projects during my freelance work

  • Designing contracts for the takeover of the energy industry in former East Germany by RWE, PreussenElektra and Bayernwerk as well as structuring (spin-offs, mergers) of the acquired companies; formation of enviaM
  • Acquisition of numerous municipal utility holdings (z.B.: GEW Köln, SW Duisburg, SW Essen etc.)
  • Legal support of the international acquisitions of RWE (Hungary, Poland, Slovakia)
  • Accompanying the merger of four large energy supply companies of RWE in south-west Germany to Sügwag
